Group room

Nestled at the back of AWAHS surrounded by nature the Group room has a maximum seating capacity of 50 and a maximum standing capacity of 70 people. The group room can be booked for events, programs and meetings and you can find catering resources on the Community Tools and Resource Page, click here to be directed to the Healthy Catering Resources.

To make a booking please contact AWAHS and speak with our Group Room Booking Coordinator or submit this online Group Room Booking Enquiry Form.

Men’s Shed

The Men’s shed is designed to run programs specifically for Aboriginal men. It is located behind the AWAHS building and is open most days, it can also be booked through AWAHS reception for events, programs and meetings. Priority will be given to men’s events. And is supervised by senior community members.

Quite Area

If you ever feel like some peace and quiet while here at AWAHS, a quiet area is provided for anybody to have a sit down and relax

  • Vegetable garden beds offering seasonal vegetables
